Driver App Privacy Policy

  • Data submitted when users contact technical support, which may include information about the user's device, app usage, and call recordings, especially when a user contacts support. Trip data, including date and time, physical addresses, and flight information, may also be collected.

Data Created by Users While Using App Services:

  • Geopositioning data: We track driver locations to facilitate bookings, enhance service quality, ensure safety, and detect and prevent fraudulent activity. Geopositioning is collected via standard APIs and may be mandated by law, preventing drivers from disabling it.

  • App usage data: We gather information on how users interact with our app and services, including login/logout times, app functionality, app failures, and system data for app quality and performance improvement.

  • Device data: Information about the device used to access our services, such as device model, IP address, GUID, geographical data, and connection quality data.

Data Collected from Other Sources:

  • Data obtained from our business partners, including apps and websites that use our API or whose API our app utilises.

  • Data from business partners, such as travel-related information involving passengers or drivers.

  • Data from state authorities.

Personal data is retained until the objectives outlined in this Agreement are met. Users can request the deletion of their accounts, but certain data may be stored to meet legal requirements.
