The Terms of Business contained in this document apply to all transactions for the purchases of services from Greenplace Healthcare. By ordering any Services from our website you are indicating acceptance to be bound by these Terms of Business which is a legal agreement between you and us and can only be amended with our consent.

 

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Business from time to time without prior notice to you, provided that any such change will not affect any purchases you have made before the change is implemented.

Terms of business - Passengers

 

The Terms of Business contained in this document apply to all transactions for the purchases of services from Greenplace Healthcare. By ordering any Services from our website, email, telephone or online portal you are indicating acceptance to be bound by these Terms of Business which is a legal agreement between you and us and can only be amended with our consent.

 

We reserve the right to change these Terms of Business from time to time without prior notice to you, provided that any such change will not affect any purchases you have made before the change is implemented.

 

Ordering          

  • a) You can place an order for a service through the website (or other means previously stated) and can review and correct your order before submission.

  • b) Sizing information is provided as a guide, and it's recommended to contact the company if you're unsure about the size.

  • c) Your orders are subject to acceptance by the company, and they may refuse your order for any reason.

  • d)When you book a vehicle with Greenplace Healthcare Limited you are entering into a contract with Greenplace Healthcare Limited  for the provision of a driver and vehicle in accordance with the requirements of the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998 and the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1976.

  • e) If some services in your order are not available, you'll be contacted to decide whether to wait or cancel the order.

Prices and Payment

  • a) Prices are quoted in pounds (£) sterling and may be subject to additional charges and VAT. Prices are calculated based on base fare, variable fare per mile/minute, and special add ons such as wheelchair accessible vehicles. 

  • b) At the time of booking with us you will be provided a price for the booking, an accurate estimate of the cost.

  • c) Full payment is required before the company accepts your order.

  • d) If there's a pricing error, you'll be contacted to confirm if you still want to proceed with the order.

Cancellations

  • a) You can cancel your order up to 24 hours before the scheduled service, except in specific circumstances.

  • b) To cancel, you must notify the company with your details and order reference number.

  • c) If you cancel within the specified time frame, you'll receive a reimbursement using the same payment method.

  • d) You can't cancel if the service has already started.

  • e) Your statutory rights are not affected by the cancellation policy.

Warranty and Liability

  • a) Notify the company within 24 hours if you believe a service is inadequate.

  • b) The company warrants services will be performed with reasonable care and skill, and they may reperform, waive, or refund fees if in breach of this warranty.

  • c) We can subcontract a booking to another licensed operator if we are unable to fulfil the order due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that Greenplace Healthcare who initially accepted the booking will have the responsibility of the journey. We are responsible for bookings and transport services and we do not transfer responsibility as principal in the contract to drivers or any other parties.

General

  • a) The company can assign or delegate orders to certified third parties if we are unable to fulfil the order due to unforeseen circumstances. Please note that Greenplace Healthcare who initially accepted the booking will have the responsibility of the journey. We are responsible for bookings and transport services and we do not transfer responsibility as principal in the contract to drivers or any other parties.

  • b) If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest of the terms remain in effect.

  • c) English law applies, and disputes will be resolved in English courts, with exceptions for residents in other parts of the UK.

  • d) Third parties can't enforce terms.

  • e) Delay in enforcing terms doesn't waive the company's right to enforce them later.

When submitting a complaint, please provide the following details:

  • Date and time of the incident.

  • Location of the incident.

  • Details of the complaint, including the names of any staff members involved.

 

Resolution Timeline

We aim to acknowledge your complaint within 7 days and will thoroughly investigate the matter. Our goal is to provide a resolution within 28 days.  However, complex issues may require additional time, and we will keep you informed of the progress. Lost & Found Property

We shall not be responsible for any property left by passengers in any passenger vehicle. Where property is found in a passenger vehicle it will be stored by us for a period of 28 days and thereafter we shall be entitled to return, sell, destroy or otherwise dispose of such property as we, in its absolute discretion see fit.
